I invest in a slew of alternative energy companies....all foreign except for WFR....so I've done enough research to satisfy myself.

Your statement suggests you really don't have much of a clue about what's going on in the rest of the world. Start with Google. I can't do it for you. The subject is broad and I've been researching it for the better part of a year.
