Re: Some ideas for our brochure

Taken from bmrsoftware.com (honestly):

Bob Bemer, 77, best knows as the Father of ASCII text, "jumped" out of retirement to save the world from the Year 2000 Millenium Bug.

Bemer re-located to Dallas from Phoenix, Ariz., to begin product development. Dallas is home to Systems Source, a software sales and consulting provider, which is a BMR Software investor and product co-developer.

Bigit is a Bemer digit; a specialized bit or byte. It's a specialized digit, thus the term, "Bigit." A patent is pending for the Bigit Methodology, the premise of Vertex 2000.

The potential market size for this product is $1 billion, according to Morgan Stanley. Worldwide costs of Y2000 conversions, according to The Gartner Group, is estimated at $600 billion.

Darn, we might have another serious competitor besides IVXR.
