Bush is the one pushing for totalitarian government and supressing democracy and free speech. He has done it since day one and has even done away with habeus corpus and accountability for the executive branch. That's not that different from the Soviet and Nazi types. Those were their first moves, to put themselves above the law and scrap whatever Constitution was in place before they stole power.

Also, like the Soviet party chiefs, the Bush GOP has enriched themselves at the public's expense, giving themselves huge sweetheart deals, ripping off the taxpayers and borrowing and spending all they can for their corporate pals and war-mongering profiteer buddies.

The good news is all those Bushie rats are going to be thrown out soon, and they won't be returning to power in our lifetimes.
