Oh, it was just in jest. Clearly housing will scrape along the bottom for months. However, I think it's time to start buying some of the stronger housing names that have priced in just about all the bad news. I started in on a basket today of homebuilders (TOL, CTX, NVR, HOV), will likely start nibbling on associated companies in the next weeks.
