I only get 5 free posts per day, so this is it:

I also don't like Elwood Norris. I believe he is as dishonest as it gets. I got tired of all his -the company "expects" or the company "anticipates"

It's numerically impossible to use "expects" and/or "anticipates" as many times as this man did and be wrong. Thus, my inclination for calling him honest.

I also have another peeve. Remember when he won the Lemelson award? He promised to establish a fund to help struggling inventors? Naturally, that never happened. HE GAVE A DIME! It just ticks me off to no end that this man just lies and lies without any retribution.

Here's an excerpt from the article(Prepared to be nauseated)

"Norris, the son of a coal miner who had only a third grade education, grew up in a family that struggled to make ends meet."

INSPIRING OTHERS

Norris finds inspiration everywhere he looks, and he passes that sense of inspiration on to students and other aspiring inventors.

“There are classes to inventing. It isn’t limited to science and technology. Writers, actors, cooks and artists are all inventors,” Norris explains. “People need to be encouraged to go out there and pursue the fields that will help them create the wonderful things they are capable of achieving.”

To that end, Norris plans to use the Lemelson-MIT Prize money to establish a Foundation to help struggling independent inventors.

He also has the gall to keep the same story on his personal website
