I'm not certain of this, but I think Bloomberg will run only if Hillary is the nominee. He will draw from Republicans as well, the "financially conservative/socially liberal republicans" of which I believe there are many. Busting up the Democrat/Republican dynamic could be a very good thing. I think the repugs could also be fractured by an independent run by Ron Paul.
