I really doubt Bloomberg would run in order to help Mitt. Bloomberg's instincts are more dem than repug. He only ran as a repug in the nyc mayoral race in order to avoid the racial politics of the democratic primary. If he runs as an independent, I think he COULD win, and that wouldn't necessarily be bad thing. I'm longing for an independent Gore-Bloomberg ticket.
