Slacker, how would splitting the company play into the anti "patent troll"bent of evolving case law and statutory reform, as well as the "practicing the art" requirement? The silence from HQ is most unusual and disturbing. You can bet the big guns are flocking home from Aspen and the islands to decide how tactical their atomic response must be. This raises the level of anxiety, and the requirement for previously unimagined action, to the highest level.
