Questions for QCOM management:

1) Did the engineers know that QCOM infringed BRCM patents when they developed the WCDMA chips? If yes, why did not the legal dept stop the project or at least negotiated with the patent holder - namely BRCM. If no, what kind of research did the patent lawyers do?

2) What are we paying Don Rosenberg for?

3) Does the BofD feel that top executives deserve large bonuses while shareholders got left in the cold during the past three plus years?
