So perhaps for OFDM, Q should refuse to sit in on any LTE standards setting meetings, let everyone be aware that any OFDM standard will require use of Q's OFDM patents, and refuse to be bound by FRANDly obligations. Then charge 4 - 6 % for each patent. Shut down any possibility of LTE getting off the ground.
As soon as you agree to FRAND, you can be held hostage by sleaze balls taking advantage of this asinine system we have in place.
