Jim- What's interesting about this case is that Brcm legally makes money on 3g only if Qual. sells chips that infringe. I would think that once Qual. works around the infringing claims Brcm is out of the 3g business. You'd think that if Brcm is serious about the mobile business that they would have taken Q up on their offer. A guess they were looking for a short term gain at the expense of 3g business in the long term.
