A minor nuisance? Do you figure their bargaining position is status quo? Who do you figure is paying the Verizon tab? What is the cost to Qualcomm of indemnifying their vendor and carrier customers, peanuts? To me this looks like a $multibillion nuisance. Please explain how you can shrug it off as a flyweight issue to investors.
