kalyan: Martinez the JMAR CEO says in the article when IBD asks when they might be ready with a salable product:

"We're forecasting that we'll start getting some orders before the end of next year, (which will be used in)
our customers' research-and-development efforts."

In CEO doublespeak the translation is: We're hoping beyond all reality, assuming six warring departments can achieve extreme stretch goals, that somehow it will all result in a workable product which we haven't got yet, but which if I say will be ready in any less time than 18 months my stock will tank and I won't have another six months to guide analysts to another 12 month delay.
