I know it's a silly question, but it's one I've been wondering about with my limited chemistry knowledge. I imagine your chemistry knowledge is double mine... so I will leave it to others to answer. We really need to apply technology to the development and application of renewable resources... otherwise our standard of living is certain to go down. Our economic future is a stake, and it seems our best minds are starting to "get it".
