Qualcomm in the conference call clearly admits to a short term impact - not saying what it will be till earnings cc in January. Paul ended by saying that Q was the leader in wireless industry and they know that other companies will try to challenge them during this injunction but he was confident that they will overcome this latest challenge and continue to outpace their competitors.
