why or can't they be prepared to stay judge orders pending investigation based on it shutting down operations? why do we always seem to be behind the eight ball for days or weeks before action taken.. this couldn't have been a surprise. so stock down $1.50 or pre market. conference call sounded terrible imo. at some time can qcom sue these companies for damages to stock , sales etc if proven the patents hold up. i would hope brcm and nok could be hurt real bad for frivolous suits if proven.
