"So, why did it go up at the end of the day?" I don’t know why it went up and I don’t care. It can be anything from technical trading, insider trading based on some upcoming announcement, or it could be market manipulation. But one thing I do know, it is not based on fundamentals. I’ll be taking my second CFA exam in June, and this company has failed every test of what somebody would want from a public company. From the composition of the board, to employee turnover, to the quality of the financial statements, to the way they raise funds, to the to the type of information they release to the public. They fail every qualitative and quantitative measure of what you’d want in a public company. Many more than I just listed here. Posting on these boards is just a release. The Woodys and Savants of the world are just too intolerable to bare. I have no illusion that whatever I post on this board has an effect on ATCO’s pps. But I do think it ruffles some feathers in the San Diego office
