marcos: Of those you mention we both hold SRD and CN. I also picked up some more SRD in the tax loss season. If that one's ever going to hit, now's the time. I've been disappointed to date with their progress on Santo Domingo but I've given management the benefit of the doubt since now they claim to have solved the prior drilling problems. First results must be due out soon. In their recent newsletter they still think SD has a chance at 300 million silver oz. We'll see... CN is one of my favourites. I first met Pat Burns at the Cambridge show in Toronto about 15 months ago and was very impressed with the company and his leadership from the get go. Often you have to be wary of exploration geos pushing their pet rock, but he's a straight shooter and it was clear they'd built a stable of highly prospective properties in "elephant country". Even if they don't get the assays they want on the recent drilling, Condor's still a longer term hold for me. <<never mind waiting for Cadre to get that cheque for five millions from the chavistas -g- ... i'll be amazed if that ever happens...>> Me too! I think they've actually applied for project funding rather than an outright grant, but Hugo's swimming in oil dollars at the moment and just dying to give it away! Think we'll break $850 this week?
