Are you saying then that patents not covered in the Standards can be sold at whatever the Market will accept? As demonstrated by Brcm that seems to be the case as Vodaphone an EU company has realized. I'm sure the EU is looking into all the court decisions and contracts signed by the various parties when researching whether or not Qual. is violating any pricing policy.
