I already have a video camera, why not just buy a MVP product for about 300 , and make video cds and files yourself? I don't have a video camera. If the price is right, which it isn't yet, why would I want to lug around a big 4 pound video camera when I could use a 1 1/2 pound digital video camera? That is a huge difference in portability and convenience! I'll wait for the digital video camera, thank you. In the meantime, MVP is a great solution for converting analog videotapes to digital.
