Actually they do. no one invest into a penny stock traded on OTCC or Pink Sheet If you look at DYGN which went from a penny stock, reverse and then name change to Avi Also many at SI invested in FRPT at .03 a share, whatched it reverse then to 2.00 a share and sold in the high $20.00 a share range making a wonderful profit. I could go on... but will leave that for your own DD. It is done all the time, but it is not everyones cup of tea.
