Bush deserves impeachment many times over, and Cheney a prison cell for life. Compared to what Bush-Cheney, Nixon-Agnew were smalltime thieves. Bush-Cheney are ten times worse. And the reason congress has a poor approval ratring is because they have not impeached Bush and put Cheney in prison. That and not ending the war, though the GOP is really to blame there for all their filibustering and dishonest pro-war TV commercials.
