On another note had BRCM and Q come to an agreement earlier on Q would not have worked around their patents and in the future BRCM's IPR would continue to be incorporated. Instead they went to the mat and ended up with their IPR being stripped out. That is not a smart way to become more significant in the wireless industry IMO. It may just be that they will have achieved nothing but to help themselves right out the door.
