interesting idea. If so, why wouldnt he have filed before the
ex-rights date. Seems like he would like to time as efficiently
as possible. If he files AFTER ex-rights, then there is still
a period of time before he can actually sell. The fact that he
withdrew all his sales desires prior to secondary indicates to me that he expects
to earn enough $ from shares he can use to buy rights, that he
won't have to sell off big portions. If he doesnt file a large
amount for sale running up to earnings, wouldnt that indicate that
earnings (or news) will be very very good? Otherwise, where will he
get the $$ for purchase of his rights?

BTW, to keep an eye on this, what is the URL that you can scan to
find insider sales?
