Unless Barbara Major inflicts some real pain, which is possible, IMO Broadcon's offensive is over.

Assuming Q can do workarounds, which I think is probable, and assuming that the previous ITC win gets set aside for obviousness [it might not as I recall that Q's lawyers blew it procedurally on that point, though Verizon's didn't, a reason for BRCM to license VZW], then what does BRCM have left to do except come to Q hat in hand and ask for a license?

This is why I said BRCM is a minor nuisance and why JPM ["a pesky sideshow"] also correctly saw through the smoke and the mirrors.

Still, I wish the price would go down more so I can buy. Don't shoot the messenger, I'm only trying to make money here.
