Bush-Cheney are both major criminals. The only promise they ever kept to anyone was to the very rich and corporate cronies. They promised to cut their taxes and did. Everything else has been a total betrayal of this country, and we will be paying for their corruption for a very long time. This $100 oil is strictly Bush-Cheney's responsibility. You can make all the excuses you want about China etc. but Bush-Cheney came in wanting to triple the price of gas and oil and that's exactly what they did, lying about the whole time.
