After briefly looking at some of Pomeroy's stats, your mention of PMRY does seem like a fair comparison. Vitech will probably have no problem of reaching/exceeding their larger sales numbers, considering:

1. Pomeroy's been at it for a few years already,
2. Vitech is in a potentially explosive consumer market, and

...on the profit side...

3. Vitech benefits considerably from a high profit margin and low taxes in Brazil.

I think that VTCH could never become the powerhouse of Dell in absolute terms. However, if we assume that Brazil will never reach the stature of the United States in the world, then it is reasonable to say that Vitech could become the "Dell of Brazil" --- relatively, but not absolutely.
