What's to stop these guys from shorting the stock here with the
intention of covering with their newly acquired shares after the
restriction is lifted?

And what certificates will they provide to those calling for their
certificates?

As for did the TA resign or not, here is what has been reported by
yourself and others:

TA Says:

TA-1) OVIS failed to provide proper paperwork in a timely fashion,
so we resigned
TA-2) Our normal practice is to use an automated process to
print certificates
TA-3) We ran out of blank OVIS certificates
TA-4) The whole office, except for a skeleton crew, went on a
week long trip to Los Vegas
TA-5) The owner of the TA knows Dempsey Mork

OVIS Says:

OVIS-1) We are not aware of any improperly delayed paperwork
OVIS-2) We were not happy with the TA's involvement with Mork
OVIS-3) The TA's resignation was mutual

Shareholders say:

SH-1) We have had all kinds of problems and delays getting our
certificates
SH-2) The certificates we have received have been hand typed

1) TA-1 and OVIS-1 + OVIS-3 negate each other, each company could
be CYA

2) All of the other items seem to support the opinion that there
was something fishy going on with the TA.
