Libor rates did come down 70 bp., and that's bullish. -g- The crash is over, time to buy this dip, unless we take out December lows for the spoos. Need a close below 1436 cash tomorrow for a sell to be generated, otherwise 5-10 points above it is a good dipping level. -g-
