Hi Eric,

I had the same problem with Aehr last year.

My broker (she is quite good IMO) simply wanted to point out that these low priced stocks are not marginal - they have a list of stocks that are in the status in their website.

I didn't make much of it - other than Roger is really careful not to get customers uninformed and possibly in trouble.I like Scottrade - I have a great rapport with my manager.
