Obviously this is looking at market conditions rather than the fundamentals of the company. The fundamentals are very good, the only weak link I see when I look at the information is that of supply of drug. TXB has not established its own manufacturing capability, which can always be an achilles heel for a drug company. I believe that their partner is manufacturing the drug in Japan, which makes for FDA inspections in a foreign country. The FDA has been more aggresive in this regard of late.

This is not something to be overly concerned about, but I think that an informed investor should consider this when getting into this stock. Outsourcing of manufacture is a route many companies have taken, but it always does leave them open to loss of supply.
