Peter, not so much greed as the satisfaction that comes to many of triumphing over the establishment. I too object to the emergency rooms being used as free clinics. As I and Lane3 agree, this ill-conceived law is overripe for a major overhaul. I fell compelled at this point to emphasize that genuine emergencies are triaged as emergencies and do not take a back seat to the non-emergencies. - Holly
