Yeah...same here...I"m in one of the top safe neighborhoods in the country.......yet....idiots insist on doing what they do. Still, I haven't locked a door in near 15 years....as I got my daughter a German Shepherd near 14 years ago....and he got himself a main squeeze.....and she has two kids that just don't wanna leave home..... so even though I'm in the "country"......dogs seem to be the perfect early warning system and fanged deterrences to derelictive behavior. Is derelictive a word? Oh yeah...one more thing....mrs shootie....was "stalked" by a local asshole over the last few years.....got a 6 month federal restraining order.....long story....complicated.....but he's on thin ice. Shootie
