Mory may not know about it yet, but plans are being made! Only time will tell. Maverick recently posted a list of such possible acquirers and I think it is worth repeating: The most likely acquirers of ASND, in descending order, are: LU, NT, a big Japanese conglomerate, a big European conglomerate, and TLAB.
