I have no idea what practices Taiwan companies use and my post was only ment to make threaders aware of the story as presented by the WSJ without passing judgement. NOTE: the comment "to question the long-term viability of Taiwan's semicondutor industry as it now stands" is from the story. Please post to present your view and comments on the story. jtj
