daniel, good to hear from you. the operating eps was $0.41. most investors don't really care about non recurring charges unless it will adversely affect the companies profit in the future. my conservative expectation is 10% q to q eps growth. that means i expect $0.45/share next q. having said that, i think it will be higher (maybe $0.55/share). who knows for sure, though? not me...

the il ag fiasco hurt business. i don't believe they did so permanently. just a speedbump. on low volume the mms can do as they please. shake the tree, so to speak. many are negative on this stock. $11 to $12+ in the money is a pretty good profit to me (short sellers). why didn't people sell iomega at $55? GREED. that's my most reasonable expectation. perhaps they have plans to orchestrate negative nfli campaigns (this lawsuit, perhaps...).

i'm glad i'm not in their shoes ;-)

do you know anymore about the details of the lawsuit?

jeff
