Back at the time we had the two Shepherds in our yard, a fairly new neighbor came over to my place and said he noticed my dogs barked a lot. I said, "If you hear my dogs barking you'd better get outside and take a look, because something is going on that shouldn't be. My dogs aren't random barkers." He never mentioned it again, and we were happy neighbors for some 9 years.
