whats an RWE? I don't know if these were real criminals or not. I followed some of the cases and I learned prosecutorial tactics which to me would not be used if it was a clean case of guilt. Therefore I am skeptical. Some cases were clean and guilty. Others, like the "natwest 3", 3 british bankers who did something for Enron, or the guy who was the head of the broadband division at Enron which wasn't even enabled at the time of their collapse- obviously weren't guilty of much. Nacchio the CEO of Qwest was convicted on insider trading based on FORWARD LOOKING STATEMENTS. I sure don't call that justice, I dont' think anybody does.
