the ultimate bubble is the US dollar itself

Are you saying that the value of the USD is overinflated, and that in fact general prices ought to be higher as expressed in dollars?

I am aware of the possibility that the government may at some point engage in reckless and damaging "unconventional" introduction of liquidity. However, as of this time the inflationary expectations do not appear to be high. Clothes and many basics are cheap (in dollars), and so is food. Real estate prices have been coming down - and as of late, a dollar even buys more of SP500 (which is, after all, a real asset).
