Doug,
I just found this thread and realized that we both have questionable thoughts on the exchange systems.
I have been posting on JBIL (Jabil Tech) and addressed the same problems to investors. If you did not know, JBIL announced earnings yesterday, Oct 9, 2 cents above First Call estimates. But the stock traded down 4 3/4 already before the earnings, then down 7 1/2 after GOOD earnings. Another stock, SMOD Smart Modular, got hammered today with NO NEWs. This stock is in the similar industry as JBIL so I think that there is a relationship to that. Maybe the Market Maker of JBIL is same as the one in SMOD.

I am a diehard fan of Richard Ney, who did a research on the NYSE and SEC during the 60s and 70s and wrote three books, Wall Street Gang, Wall Street Jungle, and How to Make it in the Market. He was then attacked and ignored by the Wall Street guys, so he just wrote newletters and advise people on investing.

I am so pleased to see someone who also has a concern of the market.
Good luck.
