minesite.com Gee I hope that link goes through. Article on EPM and interview with its principals published in today's minenews. Look like one reason for the latest dilution has do with credit crunch fallout. Their debt facility is tied to the LIBOR. Also, it's extremely cold in K. right now, and they don't seem confident about being able to avoid snafus or breakdowns.
