This stock was at the middle 30's before the TCI problem,so no it has not recovered obviously,everyone is waiting for the earnings to see what kind of affect the loss of the TCI contract will be.

IMO USCS is a great stock to be in for the long haul,they are the market leader in there industry,they are growing even without TCI,so if earnings are respectable I expect USCS to go back in the 30's again. GOODLUCK
