you seem to be trying to build your argument on emotion and writing as if you really need to back off the crack pipe for about an hour to clear your head. I never said that the "war on drugs" as you call it, has been all successful...but what are the underlying REASONS there has to be a "war" at all? America has left God and deserted family....can you deny it?
