I think the problem, Dave, is that one cannot change one's login ID (from what I see). The new person is my cousin and it is her login ID that was wanted as a screen name.

She said that registration instructions noted that the login ID and screen name cannot be the same. Because of this she could not change the screen name.

My cousin is at work, so it won't be until later she can log back in here. To get the screen name she wants, can she just sign up all over again, basically letting the new one fizzle away, or will it be impossible since the same e-mail address would be used during registration?
