Obama won, Edwards didn't lose. Edwards got 30% and Obama's victory was largely due to an unprecedented turn-out of young first-timers. Since few expected Edwards to win, he equaled expectations. He beat Hillary Clinton who definitely lost. And Obama won in impressive fashion.

The biggest loser of all though was Mitt Romney and the GOP rightwing establishment which includes Bush-Cheney, Limbaugh-Hannity and all the rest of those corrupt liars. They were soundly rejected. In fact I think Ron Paul got more support that they did. Also, pro-war Guiliani is finished.

Remember too, Iowa went to Bush in 2000 and 2004. It is a red heartland state. Twice as many came out to vote as Dems, and they went for the two clearly progressive candidates against Hillary, and the most "liberal" GOP candidate (liberal for an evangelical who doesn't acknowledge evolution or womens rights, that is).

So I am actually pleased. And Edwards as #2 is still in the race. If Obama should stumble, he's the backup now. He might also be VP again. And this time, dems won't be cheated.
