I repeat, Condi Rice was never qualified to be NCD. She was given the job by the Bush family because she is female and black and 95% of the Bushie leaders are rich white guys who spend half their lives at elitist country clubs plotting how to get rich at everyone's expense.

The truth is, other than a few token political operatives who arfe usually total sell-outs, rich guys like Bush, Romney and Cheney don't even associate with blacks.

Also, Rice was warned multiple times prior to 9-11 about an imminent Al Qaida attack and like Bush-Cheney did absolutely nothing. Some "security" advisor.
