An even more compelling damnation, if Intel did nothing wrong, then why did AMD complain that they did ?

Double compelling,

If Intel did nothing wrong, then why does Dan think they did ?

To answer the question seriously, one allegation is that Intel sold processors below the cost of an efficient producer - namely AMD. Now how easily can Intel prove that AMD's costs are not efficient ? I am sure that takes a lot of digging. 6 months is not excessive at all ? Would you expect the original two months to be sufficient to answer a 6 year collection of allegations ?
