Those ADR are the stocks hold by Philips Electronics. Philips
sold its shares out. I still cannot understand why Philips sold
its shares.

Recently, there is a great depression in Taiwan's stock market.
The index dropped from 10000 to 8400 in a month. There is a
chance of depreciation of NT$. The central bank already moves
tons of dollars to fight with the exchange market in recent days.
I do not know how long it can stands. But the fight depressed the
stock market.

When the market was at 10000, the prime minister said it was healthy.
People moved in the stock market. Then it dropped to 9000. The
president, Dr.Lee then said it was the time to buy stocks. If you
did NOT move, you are really foolish. It helps! The stock market
moves up a little bit. But now it is at 8400! I hope it tell the story. Hopefully ADR of TSMC will help the Taiwan market with the
help of US investors!
