The firm continues to believe the Dec qtr was another strong one for NUAN, as the co saw deal strength across verticals, with speech adoption trends increasing across the board. Importantly, they note that, while NUAN only completed part of its shelf, its #1 shareholder Warburg sold no stock at the $17.50 price, a positive indication from insiders regarding the value of the stock, in their opinion.
