John, I spend much more time looking for solutions because no is the word in my vocabulary that means I do not know enough. I will spin your point to say that I realize my personality can get into political trouble because accepting a growing government because it is the path of least resistance is not a thing I easily accept. I have heard it said that government grants are the process of sending a dollar to Washingtron to get back 50 to 65 cents. On the high side, the saying implies that government is about 2/3 as efficient as the private sector.
